Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) for orders of in-stock items to be fulfilled. Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping. Please note, your order may encounter delays that are out of The Ember Collective's control, once shipped - such as increased shipping volume, inclement weather, supply issues, etc. 

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the time of checkout and are based on product weight, dimensions, and distance from the shoppe. Products are shipped from Greenville, South Carolina. 

Although The Ember Collective inspects each item before securely packaging it for shipment, it is recommended that the customer thoroughly inspects items upon delivery for damage or manufacturing defects. Please contact us at hello@theemberco.com within 48 hours of delivery if your goods arrive damaged. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue. 

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange merchandise within 14 days of shipment receipt. 

All items must be in original, unused, condition and packaging intact to be accepted for a return. The Ember Collective has the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned items are used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and all packages must be postmarked withing 14 days of shipment receipt. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the return item(s) to prevent damage in transit. However, we understand that some things are out of the customer's control, which is why The Ember Collective recommends all packages be sent insured and with tracking. The Ember Collective is not responsible for any packages that are damaged, lost or stolen in return transit. 

All accepted returns will be issued a refund to the original form of payment or store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Product Representation

Please note, lighting, as well as phone and computer screens vary. We do our best to photograph, as well as describe each of our products but we will never be able to achieve 100% accurate representation. The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if their interpretation is not an exact match to our photographs and description. 

Also note, the beauty of handmade items is that no two handmade items will be exactly the same.
